• Duties of Supervisor, Qualities of housekeeping staff.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance, Room cleaning & dusting procedures.
• Handling of various machines, Vacuum cleaning, mopping of hard floors.
• Cleaning of toilets, cleaning of public areas, lobbies, front desk & elevators.
• Cleaning of dining areas, furniture & equipment, offices & store rooms.
• Care & maintenance of carpets and upholstery.
• Procedure for shampooing and removal of spots and stains.
• Cleaning agents and their usages, floor polishing, pest and odor control

General Training Aspects

• Training in Fire Fighting, First Aid.
• Dealing with people, Discipline & Welfare.
• Emergency Procedures, Safety and Security at work place.
• Evacuation Drills and Procedures.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Once an assignment is allocated to us, we design standard operating procedures for each major activity. This ensures that the jobs are undertaken and completed as per certain laid down sequence. The SOPs are designed in consultation with the client so as to ensure least amount of interference at the work place as well as the safety of personnel.
